PPH PVDF pipe fitting welding instructions (Part 1)

PPH pipe is a kind of homopolymer polypropylene made of polypropylene modified by β. It has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, good creep resistance, reliable connection performance, and excellent impact resistance at low temperature. It is widely used in steel, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, electronics Municipal, power, oil, fertilizer, dye and other pipeline systems.

Scope of application:

It is applicable to the construction of hot-melt welding (including socket type and butt type) of PPH pipeline with diameter of DN15 ≤ Φ ≤ DN500 and its series of PE pipeline, FRPP pipeline, HDPE pipeline, PVDF pipeline in the fields of steel, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, electronics, municipal administration, electric power, petroleum, chemical fertilizer, dye and other industries.

Technical principle:

After heating to a certain temperature, when the PPH pipe is in the melting state, it will be re fused with the help of external force and re cooled under the natural temperature to restore the original performance of the PPH pipe.
