Stainless Steel 316 pulse damper

Stainless Steel 316 pulse damper is divided into upper and lower shell, the middle of which is separated by PTFE rubber composite diaphragm. 316L damper is the most commonly used pulse damper for pump pipeline. The biggest advantage is that the diaphragm separates the pre charged gas from the liquid in the pipeline, which is convenient for maintenance. Under the appropriate selection and charging conditions, it can reduce most of the pulses. The maximum withstand voltage of PVC, stainless steel and diaphragm pulse damper is 1.0MPa, 2.5MPa and 5.0mpa respectively. 316L damper, also known as pulsation damper and pulsation buffer, is a common component to eliminate pipeline pulsation. 316L damper is an accessory that metering pump must be equipped with. 316L damper can smooth pipeline pulsation and water hammer phenomenon of system caused by displacement pump such as plunger pump and diaphragm pump. It isolates gas from liquid in pipeline by corrosion-resistant diaphragm and smoothes pipeline pulsation through volume change of air chamber.

316 L damper features:

Only the lower shell and diaphragm are in contact with the medium, and the conventional diaphragm is rubber lined tetrafluorocarbon, which is subject to multi-directional rolling treatment, with good corrosion resistance and long service life
