1. Socket Fusion connection:Socket Fusion connection is a special heating tool to heat the pending connection part of PE Pipe or pipe fittings under pressure, so that after melting, remove the heating tool, pressure to connect the two melting surfaces together, keep under stable pressure for a period of time until the joint cooling. 2. Electrofusion connection: Electrofusion connection is a special HDPE Electrofusion Pipe with embedded resistance wire and the connection part of PE pipe or pipe fittings. The PE pipe hethe connection part through embedded resistance wire, so that it is fused and connected into one until the joint is cooled. Electromelt connections can be used to connect to polyethylene pipes or socket fittings of different types and different melt flow rates. Electric melting connection is divided into electric melting plug connection and electric melting saddle connection.
3. Flexible connection: PE pipe bearing flexible connection is a new connection method developed according to the principle of bearing flexible connection principle of cast iron pipe and PVC pipe (PVC-U). 4. Flange connection: flange connection is mainly used for the connection of HDPE Pipe Fittings and metal pipe or valves, flow meter, pressure gauge and other auxiliary equipment. Flange connection is mainly composed of polyethylene flange connection parts, steel or aluminum back pressure live sleeve flange, steel or aluminum flange sheet,Sealing Gasket or sealing rings,Nylon Nut,Nylon Bolt, etc. Flange connection is achieved by tightening the bolts, nuts, so that the flange connection parts and the flange plate close contact, to achieve the purpose of connection. 5. Steel-plastic transition joint connection: Steel-plastic transition joint connection is the steel-plastic transition joint prefabricated by cold pressure or other means to connect polyethylene pipes and metal pipes. Steel-plastic transition joints have a lock and pull-resistant ring and sealing ring, which usually requires good sealing performance and pull resistance and pressure resistance is greater than the HDPE Pipe in the system.
