PVDF rod is made of PVDF resin through high temperature extrusion into the rod, is a quite pure polymer, it does not contain ultraviolet stabilizers, thermal stabilizers, softeners, lubricants or flame retardant and other additives. Oxygen content index is 46%, flame retardant, crystallinity of 65% -78%, density of 1.79~1.83g/cm3, melting point of 188℃, thermal deformation temperature of 120-151℃, long-term use temperature of-140-160℃. Due to the chemical inert of PVDF, it hardly reacts with any media. It is especially suitable for the transmission of pure chemical reagents in pure water systems and semiconductor industry.
