Brief Introduction of Three-way Plastic Ball Valve

Three-way ball valves are of T type and L type. T can make three orthogonal pipelines connect and cut off the third channel, play the role of diversion and confluence. The L three-way ball valve type can only connect two pipes orthogonal to each other, and cannot maintain the connection of the third pipe interconnected at the same time, and only plays a distribution role.

Features of ball valve: 1. Pneumatic three-way ball valve and three-way ball valve adopt integrated structure, sealed type of four-side valve seat, less flange connection, high reliability, and the design is lightweight; 2. The three-way ball valve has a long service life, large circulation capacity and small resistance; 3. The three-way ball valve is divided into single action and double action in two types. The characteristic of the single-action ball valve is that once the power source fails, the ball valve will be in the state required by the control system;

Ball valve and gate valve are the same type of valve, the difference in its closing part is a sphere, the sphere around the center line of the valve body to achieve open, close of a valve. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of the medium. Ball valve is a widely used new type of valve.

Advantages:

1. Fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe segment of the same length.

2. Simple structure, small volume and light weight.

3. Tight and reliable, good sealing, and has been widely used in the vacuum system.

4. Easy to operate, quick opening and closing, from full opening to full closing as long as rotating 90, easy to facilitate long-distance control.

5. Convenient maintenance, the ball valve structure is simple, the sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are more convenient.

6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the sphere and the valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, the valve will not cause the erosion of the sealing surface of the valve.

7. A wide range of application, the diameter ranging from a few millimeters to a few meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied.

High platform ball valve can be divided into straight through, three passes and right angles according to its channel position. The latter two ball valves are used to distribute the medium and change the flow direction of the medium.
