Maintenance:
1. Inside and outside the valve body (including the variable speed transmission box), the first thing should be shot to clear the sand and rust, and strive to electrostatic spraying powder non-toxic epoxy resin, the thickness of more than 0.3mm. When it is difficult to electrospray non-toxic epoxy resin for extremely large valves, it should also be painted and sprayed with similar non-toxic epoxy paint.
2. The valve body and each part of the valve plate require comprehensive anticorrosion, on the one hand, soaking in water will not rust, no electrochemical corrosion between the two metals; on the other side, the smooth surface reduces the water resistance.
3. The sanitary requirements of epoxy resin or paint in the valve shall be reported by the corresponding authorities. The chemical and physical properties shall also meet the relevant requirements.
Packaging transportation:
1. Light blocking plate should be fixed on both sides of the valve.
2. Medium and small diameter valves should be tied with straw rope and transported by container.
3. Large-diameter valves also have simple wooden strip frame solid packaging, so as to avoid damage during transportation.
General requirements:
1. The specifications and categories of Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve shall meet the requirements of the pipeline design documents.
2. The model of the pneumatic Control Valve should indicate the number requirements of the basic national standard. In case of the enterprise standard, the relevant description of the model should be indicated.
3. The working pressure of the pneumatic valve requires that the working pressure of the valve shall withstand 1.1 times the valve working pressure without leakage.
4. Pneumatic Control Valves manufacturing standards should explain the basic national standard number. If the enterprise standard is the enterprise standard, the enterprise documents should be attached to the procurement contract. Pneumatic Valve standard is divided into three specifications: national standard, American standard and Japanese standard.
5. The complete description of the pneumatic valve includes its specifications, materials, connection mode, and action mode (where the action mode is divided into 1: double action, 2: single action).
Performance requirement:
1. During batch manufacturing of a valve, the authority shall be entrusted to test the following properties:
①Opening and closing moment of the Pneumatic Ball Valve under the working pressure condition;
②Under the working pressure condition, can ensure that the valve is closed tightly continuous opening and closing times;
③Detection of the flow resistance coefficient of the valve under the pipeline water transmission condition.
2. The valve shall be tested before leaving the factory:
①When the valve is open, the valve body should bear twice the working pressure value of the valve internal pressure detection;
②Under the condition that the valve is closed, both sides shall bear 1.1 times the valve working pressure value without leakage; but the leakage value of the metal-sealed butterfly valve Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is not greater than the relevant requirements.
