1. Before using the pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve, clean the iron chips and other sundries in the valve body with clean water,
2. The flange nuts and bolts on the pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve must be fixed tightly to prevent the flange butt joint from problems caused by uneven stress,
3. The sealing materials of the valve must be cleaned regularly to prevent leakage and wear,
4. When the valve is closed, there are still some media residues in the valve body of the pneumatic valve. The power and air source must be cut off, and the pressure shall be released completely for cleaning.
5. Fully open and close the pneumatic pipeline valve for several times, confirm that the valve can work normally, and then comprehensively check the details of the valve to ensure that the valve is intact.
6. Ensure that the installation position of the pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve is at the coaxial position, the two flanges on the pipeline shall be kept parallel, and confirm that the pipeline can bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline valve itself. Routine maintenance of pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve:
1. Clean the valve. For cleaning the general medium, just wash it with water. But for cleaning the medium harmful to health, first understand its characteristics, and then choose the corresponding cleaning method.
2. For valve disassembly, the rusty parts on the exposed surface shall be derusted first. Before derusting of pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve, the machining surface of valve seat, valve core, valve rod and other precision parts shall be protected. Special tools shall be used for valve seat disassembly.
3. The valve core, valve seat and two sealing surfaces with small rust spots and wear can be repaired by machining. If the damage is serious, it must be replaced, but no matter the repaired or replaced hard sealing surface, it must be grinded.
4. The valve rod and the surface are damaged and can only be replaced.
5. If the push rod, guide and sealing surface are damaged, the reaction actuator must be renewed, while the positive actuator can be used after proper repair.
6. The compression spring must be replaced if there are cracks and other defects affecting the strength.
7. All vulnerable parts, packing, sealing gasket and O-ring shall be replaced each time of maintenance. The diaphragm must be checked to see if there is any sign of possible future crack, aging and corrosion. According to the inspection results, it is decided whether to replace, but the service life of the diaphragm is generally 2-3 years.

8.During the assembly of pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve, attention shall be paid to the alignment, the bolts shall be tightened on the diagonal, and the sliding part shall be lubricated. After the assembly, commissioning shall be carried out according to the factory test items and methods of the product. During this period, the packing pressing force can be adjusted more accurately, and the closing position of the valve core is consistent with that of the valve positioner.
