Installation matters: 1. During installation, pay attention should be paid to check whether the valve mark (such as valve type, nominal diameter, pressure grade, material, etc.) complies with the use requirements, and whether the flow direction mark on the shell is consistent with the pipe flow direction.
2. When installation, try to install it horizontally, so that the valve stem is facing up. Prevent the valve skew to install the valve in the natural state, prevent the valve from producing large installation stress due to pipe and support, and the installation lifting shall not be used by the hand wheel for valve lifting.
3. During installation, if the pipe flange sealing surface connected with the fluorinated plastic lining sealing surface at both ends of the valve is metal, the fluorinated plastic sealing gasket shall be added.
4. If the pipe has enough strength to withstand the weight and operating torque of the valve, the valve may not be supported; otherwise, special support points shall be set up for the fluorine lining valve.
5. After installation, the valve shall be in the full open position during the pressure test of the system or pipeline.
