Suitable for control gas, steam, liquid and other media.
The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source, and drives the winding arm to rotate at 90 degrees through the movement of the piston to automatically open and close the valve. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, winding arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, universal axis.
Operating principle of the Pneumatic Butterfly Valve: the Pneumatic Control Butterfly Valve is composed of the actuator and the regulating mechanism. The actuator is the thrust part of the Control Valves, which generates the corresponding thrust according to the pressure of the control signal and pushes the regulating mechanism. The valve body is the regulating part of the pneumatic Control Valve, which directly contacts with the regulating medium to regulate the flow rate of the fluid.
Operation method:
1. The opening and closing direction of the Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve during operation should be closed clockwise.
2. Because the Diaphragm Valve Penumatic in the pipe network is often manually opened and closed, the number of opening and closed revolutions should not be too much, which is, the large diameter valve should also be within 200-600 revolutions.
3. In order to facilitate a person's opening and closing operation, the maximum opening and closing moment should be 240N-m under the pipeline pressure condition.
4. The opening and closing operation end of the pneumatic valve shall be square tenon, standardized in size, and facing to the ground, so that people can operate directly from the ground. Valves with wheel wheels are not suitable for the underground pipe network.
5. Display plate of the opening and closing degree of the Pneumatic Control Ball Valve:
① The scale line of the opening and closing degree of the Pneumatic Valve should be cast on the shell of the display plate on the transmission cover or after the conversion direction, and the scale line should be brushed with phosphor to show eye-catching;
② Indicate the material of the plate needle in the case of better management can use stainless steel plate, otherwise it is painted steel plate, do not use aluminum skin production;
③ The indicator plate needle is striking and fixed. Once the opening and closing adjustment is accurate, it should be locked with rivets.
6. If the Pneumatic Ball Valve is buried deep and the operating mechanism and display plate is 1.5m away from the ground, the extension rod facilities should be equipped, fixed and firmly, so that people can observe and operate from the ground. That is to say, the valve opening and closing operation in the pipe network should not be put down into the well operation.
